Working with Multicultural / Multilingual Individuals and Groups in Intercultural Communities

We offer training to guide and empower service providers, including staff and volunteers, on how to effectively work with multicultural and multilingual youth and adults within intercultural communities.

ICP's team and training partners have trained:

  • Service providers within the refugee and immigrant community in America and within the African Diaspora community living in America.

  • Professionals from the intercultural field of study on ways to apply their skills and background within nonprofits serving refugee and immigrant communities.

  • Former international volunteers on ways to apply their skills once they return to domestic settings in America.

*Our trainings are adapted to consider the specific cultures of the service providers and cultures of their target communities of service, the type of sector (public, private, or nonprofit), and individual and organizational needs and culture.
